The Canadian government is going to introduce a digital services tax on Jan 1, 2022, and also a luxury Tax. They also plan on introducing a vacant home tax for foreigners.

These are interesting times as the government is also wanting to allow for more immigrants as they feel that this is a way to fuel the economy. This approach on taxation and immigration should be interesting times for Canadians.
